One example of a customer success story that we will dive into in the next blog is a metal manufacturing company. This customer was overspending in many areas and had a lot of challenges with accessorial costs that they were unaware of.

With Parcel BI, they were able to see these issues and resolve them. They were also able to use our Contract Edge tool to negotiate a better contract with their shippers to help lower costs even more.

Another customer we helped was struggling with a lot of hidden costs coming back to them due to their customers’ strict shipping guidelines. With our tools, they were able to see all the areas they were leaking profit on collect shipments and how they used Parcel BI to deal with those hidden fees.

We also helped a customer who saw a huge shift from commercial to residential shipping. In this blog, we will talk about how they were able to use our tools to identify that they were unaware that they were incurring higher costs as a result. These tools also showed billing issues with one of their carriers and helped them get overpaid money back.
